What is the return policy?
All sales are final. We do not issue monetary refunds to original payment methods. However, we gladly accept returns for store credit only, within 14 days of the delivery date. Items sent back without prior approval from Avantine Design will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Are any purchases final sale?
All sales are final. However, we do accept returns for store credit only. Please see our return policy for further details.
Certain types of items cannot be returned for store credit, including:
- Sale/Clearance items
- Gift Cards
- Any item not in its original condition
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery date.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
